Operations Summer Intern

About the Role:

As a NA RSO Operations Intern, you will become part of an Operations Support team delivering regional reporting, analysis, insights, offshore management and operational improvements.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of reporting, analysis, insights & recommendations on regional operations based on transactional data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand business processes and conditions that underpin the data.
  • Support basic reporting projects.
  • Participate in managed projects and process improvement delivery
  • Curate a new data and innovation digital forum

 

About You: 

 

Detail-oriented:

  • Ability to gather, report and document tools, processes and personnel that drive the resulting operations data
  • Generally well-organized with both written and verbal communication

Analytical:

  • Curious about insurance tasks and processes and how data reflects their past performance or enhances future delivery
  • Curious and capable of working with data, delving into focused areas to help provide analysis.

Teammate:

  • Ability to work in globally located team situations, understanding and demonstrating sensitivity toward differences.
  • Passionate about assisting team member(s) in undertaking project(s), in addition to fulfilling his/her own responsibilities.

Responsive:

  • Comfortable interacting with across the organization, including senior management and business leaders.
  • Communicates timely and clearly with colleagues verbally and in writing.

Technical Skills:

Basic skills in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
