Global Network Analyst

About the Role

 

The role of Global Network Analyst has the following key deliverables:

  • You contribute to the execution of the International Programs Strategy, the Global Network Strategy, and the Network Partner Value Proposition
  • You form part of the Global Network Management team; this global unit is accountable for building and running service capabilities through a network of insurance partners and drives delivery of service excellence to our International Program customers in all countries where Swiss Re Corso does not have owned entities
  • Strong focus of your role is on monitoring service delivery and quality by our Network Partners: you are responsible for the analysis of reports and service performance data and provide input and suggestions to management for execution of required action; you prepare key data information packs for discussions and meetings with key stakeholders and partners performed by the global Network Management team
  • You are responsible for driving elements of the due diligence process on Network Partners, especially around the Swiss Re Corso CDD/AML requirements/checks
  • You support the Global Network Managers with the maintenance of re-insurance contracts and collaboration agreements, including analyses and alignment of remuneration schemes.
  • You support the Global Network Manager with gathering market intelligence and regulatory requirements from the local markets and update our global information database called Knowledge Base
  • You represent the Global Network Management team in projects allocated to you
  • You support the Global Network Managers in the deployment of new insurance product lines for International Programs and the roll-out with Network Partners.
  • You support the implementation of the Swiss Re standard Property wording at selected Network Partners
  • You are responsible for maintaining the Global Network Management SharePoint site, including the harmonization of document structure and naming conventions
  • You are responsible for maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) used by Global Network Management
  • You are responsible for maintaining the Network Partner Tracker and contact list
  • You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of a Network Partner Management dashboard which provides high level oversight on the status of ongoing partner management activities
  • You are responsible for creating updates and bulletins for internal communication regarding Network Partners and their markets

About You

  

  • You have work experience in the primary insurance sector in customer distribution, underwriting, account management, finance or claims roles (3+ years) and proven work experience in International Program business of at least 1 year
  • You possess strong relationship building skills and develop a genuine passion for business relationship management at multiple levels with customers, brokers and business partners alike
  • You demonstrate a customer centric attitude in all you do and have experience working with external customers, business partners and internal stakeholders.
  • You have successfully worked in performance managed business environments and are keen to drive actions with Network Partners, assuring high levels of service quality and fast delivery
  • You are familiar with Agile work methodologies
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are detail oriented and have good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of or Experience in financial processes will be of great advantage
  • Besides being proficient in English, any other language used for business in APAC, EMEA or LATAM will be of great advantage
  • You bring a confirmed, ambitious "can-do" attitude, excellent time-management skills, experience in stakeholder management and are comfortable working in an area that is fluid and dynamic
  • You are a self-motivated person, a fast learner and are happy handling multiple deliverables and prioritization
  • This role may require limited travel
