HR Lead Malysia
This key role will be responsible for overseeing and leading the HR function across our Malaysian entities, ensuring alignment with our global HR policies and local regulations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive HR experience, and a deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws and practices across financial services domain. The role evolves to include data, analytics and process co-ordination in all functions of Human Resources. The role works alongside other HR and Business DOOs, Coordinators and Business Managers to ensure alignment ofpeople agenda. Additionally, this role will work across the HR Specialist functions, and HR Strategic Pillars to be the central point of contact across operational activity. The role will also take an active role in supporting the implementation of key projects.
· Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations, as well as HR best practices and trends.
· Oversee and coordinate the delivery and timeline of HR core processes (Continuous performance management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Annual Compensation Review, Employee engagement surveys, Employee Life Cycle Activities).
· Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in the Malaysian market, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and manage relationships with relevant government agencies.
· HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
· Lead and drive HR initiatives and projects, reinforcing policies and practices while devising creative solutions within policy frameworks.

About You:
Key skills and knowledge:
· Minimum 12 years' experience as HR Partner with experience of financial services industry.
· Experience with Senior stakeholder management
· Proven experience in dealing with Bank Negara/local HR governance/labour law/ER/compliance etc
· Experience of recruitment in the local market
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to review data and produce critical analysis and insights including understanding basic statistics.
· Excellent communication skills: strong with both verbal and written presentations with experience of creating story telling through executive analysis/reporting information.
· Able to prioritize and work in a structured and organized way.
· "Hands on" HR professional with knowledge of HR management processes in a global business environment
