About the Role
In this dynamic position, you'll create, build, and manage website experiences that deliver results. You'll work at the intersection of marketing, design, and technology to ensure our digital presence reflects our brand values while driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and build user-friendly web pages using approved templates, ensuring clarity, structure, and performance
- Analyze and execute website requests, managing deployment timelines and coordinating across teams
- Apply SEO expertise and best practices for metadata, tagging, UX, and personalization to improve reach and conversion
- Leverage data insights and A/B testing to monitor website performance and recommend optimization actions
- Implement UX principles and utilize automation and AI tools to enhance customer engagement across journeys
- Align page structure with customer segmentation to support campaign goals effectively
- Ensure compliance with publishing standards, brand guidelines, accessibility, and legal requirements
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing on CMS capabilities and workflows
About the Team
You'll be joining our Marketing Services & Operations department within the Marketing Division. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional digital experiences that support business objectives across regions. We work collaboratively with stakeholders from Brand and Marketing teams (for content) and Group Communications (for platform) to create cohesive, effective digital journeys for our customers. We're a forward-thinking team that values innovation, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
About You
You're a digital marketing professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments but can also work independently to deliver result. You understand how to translate business objectives into effective digital experiences and are constantly looking for ways to optimize and improve based on data and insights.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, digital media, or related
- field
- 5+ years of experience in website content production, publishing workflows, and CMS usage in a B2B environment
- Strong hands-on experience building campaign, product, and event pages using reusable
- templates and structured components
- Proven ability to manage website requests and timelines, working across teams to deliver
- high-quality web content
- Solid understanding of user experience, web design principles, and mobile-first best
- practices
- Experience using data and UX insights to improve website performance
- Good written and spoken English
- A team player with a collaborative approach
These are additional nice to haves:
- Familiarity with behavioral science and AI in website optimization
- Comfort in guiding and supporting other regional website managers on CMS enablement
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies related to digital experience
