Assistant Role - Temporary coverage (~1 year) (60-80%)

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the Corporate Centre & Group Functions (CCGF) Legal team in London. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to support the CCGF London Team, as well as other colleagues globally in various activities related to assistant and corporate secretariat duties.

 

Main tasks and activities of the role will be to:

 

• Use internal systems for the Outside Counsel process

• Handle expenses and invoices

• Corporate Secretariat duties for Carrier Committee Meetings

• Assist with entries of Real Estate Companies in Englobe

• Assist department head when his assistant is on annual leave

• Daily admin tasks supporting the team

• Annual subscription management

 

Overview:

 

• This is a maternity cover role

• 60-80% working capacity

 

About you

 

• Proficiency with MS Office programs

• High energy with proven organisation and time management skills

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with great attention to detail

• Strong communication skills

• Able to quickly learn how to use new applications and tools
