Head of Transformation GDTO
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformational Lead to drive and execute a multi-year strategic program with a focus on building a robust and effective Group Digital and Technology Organisation (GDTO).
About the Role
An exciting opportunity to lead the team responsible for delivering a significant transformation for GDTO and executing multi-year strategic programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Group Digital & Technology Officer, the divisional heads of GDTO, and key stakeholders across the company to ensure the successful implementation of the initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that transformation initiatives are sustainable and deliver lasting cost, capability, and productivity improvements. and being pivotal in creating a technology and data function that enables SRs strategic objectives. Proactivity, excellent stakeholder management and execution focus will be key to success.
- Lead and ensure execution of various strategic transformation programs
- Ensure initiatives are implemented sustainably, tied to a long-term strategy with lasting cost, capability and productivity measures
- Monitor, track and evaluate the execution of transformation initiatives to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Effective collaboration with Division heads and business leaders and project managers
- Proactive change management across multiple dimensions with ability to provide fact based decisioning.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and measurable outcomes
- Be the conduit between all the GDTO divisions and support functions to deliver an aligned plan
- Proactivity and forward planning and tracking will be critical to success
About the Team
The Transformation Office is part of the newly formed Chief Operating Office for GDTO. The team will play a critical role in driving and managing significant change initiatives ensuring that all sustainable and deliver lasting cost, capability, and productivity improvements.

Professional qualities
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs
- Strong understanding of organizational optimization and change management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of Swiss Re
- Proficient command of English is a prerequisite
