About the Role
In this one-year internship based in London, you'll be at the heart of our transformation journey, working with cross-functional teams to revolutionize how we handle financial reporting. You'll gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to meaningful work that drives real business impact.
Key Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day Agile Project Management activities, supporting the team in meeting project milestones and objectives

Implement and manage the communications strategy across the programme, ensuring clear information flow between stakeholders

Collaborate with actuarial colleagues to identify improvement opportunities and align processes across the business while developing pragmatic solutions to complex business problems

Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Products, IT and other project teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing

Support the Programme Management Office with coordination tasks, documentation, and reporting to ensure project transparency
About the Team
Our team is focused on supporting the L&H Valuation Systems team to deliver transformation projects globally. We collaborate with experts from different business areas and specializations to deliver the benefits of real-time financial updates, reduced work effort, and increased value-added analysis.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

Graduate of Post-Graduate degree in Business with preference for quantitative discipline and desire to pursue Project Management qualifications

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and understanding of Azure DevOps, MS Project

Experience or interest in financial services or insurance industry

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Interest in learning about actuarial concepts and financial reporting
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
