We are looking for graduates with strong interpersonal skills, who are eager to learn, broaden their knowledge and expertise and want to make a difference. You have a Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree with up to 3 years professional experience – we invite you to apply to our graduates@swissre programme 2024.

 

The programme offers you the chance to join the dynamic, fast-moving world of a leading risk knowledge organisation. Over an 18-month period, you will receive on- and off-the-job training, including a job rotation that gives you the opportunity to work across different lines of business and departments.

 

About the Role

 

As the Graduate in our team, you will play a key role in accelerating the pace of our global and multidisciplinary transformation to become THE market leading reinsurance solutions provider.

By working directly with the sales and product teams, you will additionally broaden your knowledge around our specialties: Insurtech, Risk modelling, Property & Casualty insurance, Risk data analytics, Life insurance, Health insurance, and Reinsurance

 

Key topics you will be working on:

  • Activating and enabling cultural change across and beyond Reinsurance Solutions

  • Driving change and engagement initiatives with relevant communities and key stakeholders

  • Identifying and further developing the capabilities we need to be a trusted partner for our clients

  • Developing learning offerings to further develop the proficiency of specific target groups (e. g. leaders, sales organization, client markets, product teams)

  • Supporting post-merger integration of new offerings and teams

About You

 

Essential:

  • Successfully completed university degree in Business, Economics or Psychology

  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken

  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

  • Ability to think analytically and connect the dots with the bigger picture

  • Well-organised and structured approach to problem solving

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

 

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of organisational and culture change principles and methodology is a plus
