About the role

 

This is a developmental role for those with relevant experience of the London Insurance Market and working for a commercial Insurance company. It is operational in nature, involving data input and quality monitoring within strict service level agreements. It also features the opportunity to learn how to handle renewals on behalf of the underwriters, whilst building your technical understanding of how to evaluate risk.

 

About You

 

  • You have minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Offshore Energy Insurance products is desirable
  • You are experienced with coordinating the processing of risk information and communication on multinational level
  • You are able to work across different teams and alone to achieve results
  • You have a good attention to detail and to maintaining quality standards
  • Ongoing study or ACII qualified is welcome
  • You are a highly motivated individual who can think analytically and is ready to grow

 

About the role

 

  • Position begins to handle complex tasks and non-standard processing.
  • You´ll assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • You will be involved in projects for the business units supported.
  • You will participate in the development and training of Associate level staff.
  • The role will require involvement in work allocation, knowledge sharing, and issue resolution.
  • The role handles simple renewals and helps with new deals on behalf of the underwriter.
  • This is a transitory role, with the expectation that the candidate will continue to build their knowledge and competence to perform ultimately at an Analyst level
