About the Role
As the leader of our Corporate Governance EMEA team, you will support a wide range of stakeholders and help shape governance standards in a truly global setting. You will work at the intersection of legal, governance, finance, and management, providing critical support to ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met with precision and foresight.
Examples of key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of 6-8 local company secretaries based in key EMEA jurisdictions
- Supporting the team in adhering to applicable legal, regulatory and internal governance requirements, utilising correct processes and leveraging advanced technologies
- Ensuring excellence in the preparation and delivery of management, board, and shareholder meetings
- Overseeing the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including resolutions, powers of attorney and regulatory submissions
- Contributing to the design, delivery and maintenance of policies, procedures, tools, process flows, and training materials
- Liaising with notaries, external legal advisors and regulatory bodies to support business operations

About You
You are a detail-oriented professional with demonstrated leadership skills and a deep interest in corporate governance and corporate secretariat matters. You excel at managing competing priorities, navigating cross-functional requests and dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You are committed to upholding strong governance and ethical business practices and demonstrating discretion and integrity. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a track record of guiding and developing teams to achieve outstanding performance.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Qualification in law, compliance, or company secretarial practice (e.g., ILA, ICSA/Chartered Governance Institute qualification or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal, governance or company secretarial role, preferably within EMEA
- Experience in leading teams, preferably including cross-border
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Technological savviness, including tools for modernising corporate secretariat activities
These are additional nice to haves:
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional corporate structures
- Knowledge of corporate governance best practices in financial services or regulated industries
For Luxembourg, the base salary range for this position is between 98'000 EUR and 163'000 EUR for a full-time role.

• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience
• in addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
