Business Analyst - Privileged Access Management (Hybrid option)

Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As Business Analyst, you'll define business requirements, design processes, and ensure these are optimised and implemented in Privileged Access Management – while keeping automation in focus. 
What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office.

 

About the team

The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance, and defining as well as advancing the company's security strategy. 
Our services are at the heart of the corporate infrastructure, and our mission is to protect Privileged users, minimise its exposure and the risk of credential theft of this critical Identities.

 

In your role, you will…

  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to develop product vision and strategy, product roadmaps, and deliver detailed product requirements, workflows, and user stories.
  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current product offerings and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimise business processes, automate workflows, and keep evolving the maturity of our Privileged Access Management offering.
  • Perform requirements analysis, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements, and perform user acceptance testing.
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to inform product development and ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Support the team's Product Owner in their responsibilities.

 

Your qualifications

What we need from you

  • Ability to present complex topics towards different audiences with various technical levels.
  • Experience as a business analyst or in a product analyst role.
  • Experience with project management and organisational change.
  • Experience with leading PAM solutions such as Cyberark, Hashicorp and Azure PIM.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologies.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • You should be well-versed in these areas
    • Privileged Access Management.
    • Governance, risk, compliance in a highly regulated industry.
    • Business process (re-)engineering.

 

Nice-to-have

  • Identity Access Management.
  • Information Security.
  • Experience with programming languages and application design & architecture.
  • Proficiency in German, Spanish, or Slovak.
