You are comfortable working with external partners and stakeholders and are motivated to drive improvements in processes, performance, and service delivery.

You demonstrate a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and an interest in working in a global and multicultural environment, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, risk awareness, and client service.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience gained within a corporate insurance environment at insurers or within a broking organisation, working in an operational capacity, with proven experience in credit control / technical accounting
  • Experience in third party management, ideally in a corporate insurance or technical accounting context
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Solid technical skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel)
  • High level of integrity, adaptability, and a structured, detail-oriented working style

For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 38,000 and EUR 64,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
