DevSecOps Engineer (Hybrid setup)

About the team
The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We drive cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. We own and develop applications and tools for vulnerability management, penetration testing, and Red Teaming.
In your role, you will…
- Configure, maintain, optimise and integrate DAST/SAST/SBOM/IaC tools stack: AquaSec, Netsparker, NexusIQ, among others.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation strategies based on the results of scans.
- Coaching for the development and maintenance of secure CI/CD pipelines that include automated testing, deployment, and security checks scanning processes.
Your qualifications
Nobody meets 100% of our requirements. If you, however, meet some of the criteria below and are curious about the world we love inside a well-established cybersecurity infrastructure, we'll be more than happy to meet you!
What we need from you
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or similar role.
- Experience with the DAST/SAST/IaC/SBOM tools.
- Experience with automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, Puppet or CloudFormation.
- Experience with technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and cloud environments such as AWS and/or Azure including its CI/CD orchestration tools
Nice-to-have
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable knowledge
- Experience building integrations to existing systems.
- Experience with security-related tools such as vulnerability scanners, secret scanners among others.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
