Group Security & Technology Platforms (GSTP) brings together security, technology platforms and operational resilience to provide secure, reliable and scalable foundations for Swiss Re's business. The function ensures that security, resilience and engineering quality are embedded by design into how technology is built, operated and evolved across the organisation.
The Strategy & Operations team – which you will be a direct part of – drives GSTP's overall strategy and operations, acting as a hub for its continuous improvement with a strong focus on culture, ambition and mandate.
We're looking for an experienced an Executive Assistant who will play a key role in enabling our Chief Technology & Security Officer to operate at his best.

In your role, you will…
- Provide senior professional and advanced administrative support to Chief Technology & Security Officer
- Manage the calendar, including scheduling, booking rooms, catering and virtual meetings setups
- Prioritise conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively follow through to completion
- Anticipate and respond to executive requests in a timely and proactive manner
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with assistants of internal stakeholders and external partners
- Manage access rights for tools and platforms
- Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues via ticketing systems
- Maintain executive assistant credibility with other assistants of internal and external stakeholders
- Arrange travel schedules in line with Swiss Re's policies, including bookings, visas, itineraries and briefing materials
- Process expense claims and manage invoices
- Support the broader GSTP Leadership Team on an ad-hoc basis
- Support the broader Strategy and Operations team, upon request
Your qualifications:
What we need from you
- Senior experience in an executive assistant or executive team support role, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment
- Proven ability to engage and develop credibility with senior government officials and other executives and their assistants to deliver
- Proven track record in coordinating travel, managing calendars and supporting meetings and events
- Experience processing expenses and invoices, with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel and willingness to use AI tools
- Highly organised and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- To be proactive and responsive – anticipating needs and reacting quickly to time-sensitive requests
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
- Team player capability with natural flair for building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
For Spain the base salary range for this position is between EUR 36,000 and EUR 60,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
