Expert IT System Analyst - Privileged Access Management

Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As the Expert Analyst & Scrum Master for Privileged Access Management (PAM), you'll be tasked to grow and nurture a team developing a new PAM platform and service offering, while serving as Expert Analyst for product selection and implementation. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.

About the team

The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance, and defining as well as advancing the company's security strategy. As a part of the Security Team, Security Solutions is a team which designs, improves, develops and maintains security solutions and services, while keeping primary focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM). We're looking for a committed professional who'll help us in building the best possible PAM platform, define its service offering, and lead the team towards absolute efficacy and productivity.

In your role, you will…

• Team up with Product Owner for the PAM platform and service offering

• Play a vital role in building a new PAM-dedicated team

• Nurture and grow the team as Scrum Master

• Conduct analysis for product selection and implementation

• Contribute to defining an updated and improved service offering, PAM process model, and PAM governance framework

Your qualifications

• What we need from you

  • A degree in Computer Science or a comparable field

  • Experience as a Scrum Master

  • Proficiency in applying agile methodologies

  • Ability to lead with influence and across line-management boundaries

  • Precise communication skills (oral and written) in English

• You should be well-versed in these areas

  • Agile methodologies & coaching

  • Technical analysis & design

  • Privileged Access Management

  • Business Process (Re-)engineering

  • Project management – particularly, organisational change

• Nice-to-have

Additional languages, such as German, Spanish, or Slovak would be an asset
