Junior Security Engineer - Graduate (Hybrid. m/f/x/d)

We are looking for a committed professional to join us as PAM Security Engineer in our Identity and Access Management Engineering team – part of Swiss Re's front-line Security Team.
About the Programme
We are looking for graduates with strong interpersonal skills, who are eager to learn, broaden their knowledge and expertise and want to make a difference. You have a Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree with less than 3 years of professional experience – we invite you to apply to our Graduate Programme which officially starts on 1 September 2025.

Over an 18-month period, you will receive on- and off-the-job training, including a job rotation that gives you the opportunity to work across different lines of business and departments.
About the Role
As a Privileged Access Management Security Engineer, you'll support the delivery of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform and services as well as implementation operations. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
In your role you will also:
- Develop, deploy, test, monitor, and operate our Privileged Access Management services.
- Develop documentation to support ongoing PAM solution operations, maintenance, and specific problem resolution.

About You
You will be a perfect fit, if you have:
- Computer science or telecommunications degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
- Essential Network knowledge.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell and REST API calls).
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English (other European language is a plus)
Additional nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologies.
