Privileged Access Management Engineer (Hybrid setup)
Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As a Privileged Access Management Security Engineer, you'll own the delivery of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform and services as well as implementation operations. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
We are looking for a committed professional to join us as PAM Security Engineer in our Identity and Access Management Engineering team – part of Swiss Re's front-line Security Team.

In your role, you will…
- Engineer, deploy, test, monitor, and operate our Privileged Access Management services
- Develop documentation to support ongoing PAM solution operations, maintenance, and specific problem resolution
- Work across functions to improve PAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices
- Support the on-call rota (schedule) to ensure the platform provides the highest quality of service
Your qualifications
What we need from you
- Experience as a PAM Security Engineer
- Experience with maintaining and deploying PAM solutions
- Have excellent knowledge of CyberArk
- Knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologies
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English
You should be well-versed in these areas
- Privileged Access Management
- Identity & Access Management
- Governance, risk, compliance in a highly regulated industry
- Business process (re-)engineering
Nice-to-have
- Proficiency in German, Spanish or Slovak
- CyberArk certification
