Security Engineer - Privileged Access Management Engineer (Hybrid)

Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As a Privileged Access Management Security Engineer, you'll support the delivery of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform and services as well as implementation operations. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
We are looking for a committed professional to join us as PAM Security Engineer in our Identity and Access Management Engineering team – part of Swiss Re's front-line Security Team.

 

About the team
The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance, and defining as well as advancing the company's security strategy. 
Our services are at the heart of the corporate infrastructure, and our mission is to protect Privileged users, minimise its exposure and the risk of credential theft of this critical Identities.
 
In your role, you will…

  • Develop, deploy, test, monitor, and operate our Privileged Access Management services.
  • Develop documentation to support ongoing PAM solution operations, maintenance, and specific problem resolution.
  • Support the on-call rota (schedule) to ensure the platform provides the highest quality of service.

 

Your qualifications

What we need from you

  • Computer science or telecommunications degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologies.
  • Essential Network knowledge.
  • Scripting skills (powershell and REST API calls).
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English.

 

Nice-to-have

  • Privileged Access Management.
  • Identity & Access Management.
  • Governance, risk, compliance in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience as a PAM Security Engineer/Operator.
  • Proficiency in German, Spanish or Slovak.
  • CyberArk certification.
