About the Role
 

As a Senior Auditor with focus on IT in Group Internal Audit (GIA), you will have the opportunity to use your audit experience and expertise in cyber security and information technology across the company while participating in a variety of audit activities. You will engage with senior management and function heads on a regular basis across the different IT domains.

This role is an opportunity to deal with themes that have organizational impact and drive the risk culture of Swiss Re.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a variety of audits from beginning to end, scope and plan the audit, perform and document testing procedures, present findings to the relevant stakeholders and contribute to report writing.
• Review the work of peers and more junior audit team members.
• Own your audit tasks within the agile audit team and positively impact the audit delivery, challenge the audit team to excel by acting as a role model.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management in IT and engage with various stakeholders across the business.
• Apply your expertise by contributing to the audit plan and mentor others on technology topics.

About You
 

We are looking for an inspiring person that is curious, a critical thinker, delivery-oriented and a team-player. You can communicate effectively in English and deliver in ambiguous situations. You are passionate about innovation and transformation.

Essentials:

• At least 5 years of work experience in IT auditing and/or practical experience in the field of IT and Cyber security.
• Advanced understanding of IT risk and control frameworks and the underlying technologies, concepts and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and rapidly develop in-depth knowledge of new audit areas.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Nice to Haves

• Qualified or working towards a CISA, CISM, CISSP, CSX-P, CIA or other related certifications.
