Tech Team Lead IAM - (Hybrid)

About the Role
In this role, you will…
- Lead one of the Workforce Identity & Access Management security teams for Swiss Re and contribute towards building the new Workforce IAM services and simplifying our technical landscape
- Lead the design, delivery and operations of the team's IAM solutions that align with organisational goals and security requirements
- Provide technical expertise with your skills in software engineering to support and challenge the team to ensure technical quality and performance of the outputs
- Lead, inspire and develop the team by establishing an environment which enables autonomy and mastery for all team members; build up team cohesion, shared values, and mutual trust
- Ensure effective Scrum and Agile practices, including DevSecOps, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning within the team
- Provide feedback to your team members and coach them in their development to continuously enhance their skills and provide growth for the team
- Contribute to Swiss Re's Healthy and transparent risk culture where everyone engages in continuous risk accountability activities.
About the Team
The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk, and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. As a part of the Security Team, the Workforce IAM teams provide a user-friendly experience for the Swiss Re workforce. We're looking for an experienced professional with a passion to build up and lead an impactful Agile development team.
About You
Your qualifications

What we need from you
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering, including larger, complex applications and projects
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- A degree in computer science, information technology, or comparable knowledge
- Passion, drive and a belief in the value of building high-performing teams
- Experience in leading teams in complex and dynamic environments, driving continuous improvement and self-organisation
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices
- Demonstrated expertise and a high level of motivation as a leader for an international team with the ability to work in a hybrid setting
- A high level of integrity, results-oriented approach, and composure under pressure
- Good communication skills in English
- Belief in continuous innovation, curiosity, and a relentless search for a better way every day
- Understanding that it takes a diverse set of skills and individuals to form a highly effective team
Nice-to-have
- Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of DevOps, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies, techniques and frameworks
- Experience with enterprise application development using Java
- Experience with diverse IT technologies
- Knowledge of Information Security
For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 60,000] and [EUR 100,000] (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus
