About the Role
You will be a a dynamic and detail-oriented Events and Facilities Expert responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, as well as managing facilities to ensure a seamless and efficient workplace experience for our Australia & New Zealand business.
This role will enable you to use your experience, skills & capabilities to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and deliver events in Australia & New Zealand, including budgeting, coordinating and using event tools like MS Teams Live Event;

Collaborate with event organisers, recommend solutions, maintain vendor relations, and work closely with other departments such as Communications, Multi-Media Services (MMS) and Information Technology (IT);

Serve as the central point of contact for CRES-related items, including monitoring consumable stock levels, conducting daily office inspections, and managing maintenance and vendor interactions;

Support staff with onsite AV and VC/TP requests, provide technical troubleshooting for internal meeting rooms, and manage locker allocations for new starters and visitors;

Coordinate local Emergency Organisation (wardens and first aid officers) and training of staff on emergency procedures;

Process invoices, onboard new vendors, and reconcile supplier statements with payables.

Prepare and publish CRES related communications and digital signage; and

Support of CRES team activities and perform administration duties as required. Complete tasks as requested by Head CRES ANZ.
About You

Ability to confidently lead and manage complex events while interacting with Senior Management, demonstrating strong customer service attitude with a flexible mindset, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills;

Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with widely-used event tools like MS Teams Live Event, Sli.do, and Qualtrics; and

A customer service attitude with a flexible mindset, capable of strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving.
