They deliver production-grade business impactful systems through thorough developing solid understandings of business needs, grooming them into solution options, and translating them into robust quality technical designs for execution.  The role is expected to also evolve towards a future state where system specification, AI-assisted engineering and agentic delivery models become more present.

This role is explicitly part of an evolving capability model: candidates are expected to be strong requirement engineers today, with the ability to grow into end-to-end system design, specification and validation roles over time.

Growth Potential Signals

• Ability to think in end-to-end systems, not just components
• Strong problem decomposition and abstraction capability
• Experience developing, reviewing and validating complex implementation requirements
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or active interest in emerging engineering paradigms
• Strong technical communication and structured thinking
