About the Team:
Are you interested in working with a dynamic and engaged global team? If so, this position is for you! We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the end-to-end process for our Life and Health business portfolio in Latin America.
About the Role:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to Market Units and Cross-Functional teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in business processes. You will collaborate with various functions such as Sales, Underwriting, Contracts, Pricing, Claims, among others.
Responsibilities:

Support Latin America L&H Client Managers with non-client facing activities, including KPI reporting and analysis.

Manage the deal lifecycle from Quote to Treaty, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into processing systems.

Represent Sales Operations in meetings where business and technical processes are discussed.

Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements by following L&H guidelines.

Participate in L&H training and projects, contributing to process improvements.
About You:
-
Minimum four-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge and experience in the re/insurance industry; L&H specific knowledge is a plus.

Strong skills in systems such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Teams, and Outlook.

Highly motivated individual with analytical and proactive thinking.

Excellent organizer, flexible, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and share knowledge with colleagues.

Fluent in English.
