Senior CorSo Business Services Associate

Our Business Services Team provides strategic support with business-processing and technical support to the underwriting team (Latin America –Specialties, Engineering, Property, Aviation, Agro and Casualty).
We are a dynamic and diverse team, with a high level of collaboration, challenged by constant interaction and coordination with internal and external customers.
We are accountable to organize and work with detailed source documents following procedures and focusing on the assurance of data entry and quality in systems and tools used for risk clearance, create submissions, and control costing.

 

About the role:
•    Modify, update, and process changes in applicable tools, systems (Manhattan), and documents, as needed.
•    Ensure adherence to established performance standards and metrics applicable to the business unit supported.
•    High competency with process guidelines and applicable tools and systems.
•    Focus and implement the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, system and tool enhancements, and testing/piloting changes.
•    Generate reports and documents, verifying information in predefined business reports for customers.
•    Audit compliance, compile, review, and verify data accuracy using source documents.
•    Interact with on-shore/off-shore contractors, as appropriate, to answer questions or give instructions.
•    Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data to determine and communicate recommendations to customers.
•    High interaction and coordination with underwriters and other internal /external departments related.

You will be ideal for the role if your profile includes:

  • 4 year degree in a technical field (Actuarial, Engineering, Economics etc.)
  • (Re) Insurance knowledge, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in P&C lines of business.
  • Coordinating and autonomously executing business operations processes with a focus on results and operational excellence. 
  • Being proficient in English and Spanish (Other languages may be essential based on the Market / Team being supported)
