The team is a very diverse one, split in two locations Kansas City and Mexico City. If you like to learn and interact with other cultures this is your opportunity. People in the team have different professional back grounds and experience in the reinsurance industry. We are part of a global team called Reinsurance Business Operations, and as one team we have common objectives and global alignments.

 

About the role

 

As an operations member for claims, you will be working with claims reports for all the Property and Casualty North America portfolio automated. The most important is that you like to understand and analyze reason behind errors; to correct, prevent and solved them. Mostly, the team works side by side with the rest of operations teams that oversee payments and accounting, and the rest of the claim's teams. You cannot forget the importance responsibility to learn reinsurance, line of business, procedures and guidelines that support our operation work quality.

Essentials

  • University degree
  • Microsoft Package. Mainly Power Bi, One Note, Power Bi and Dynamic tables in excel
  • Attention to details and systems ability.

 

Nice to have

  • University degree in business, accounting, finance, insurance or related field.
  • Working experience in the field
  • Program language skills
