Join Swiss Re Corporate Solutions as an Operations Intern and support SwissRe in delivering efficient and high-quality service to Clients, Brokers, and internal stakeholders. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad understanding of corporate insurance operations processes while working alongside experienced colleagues across the SwissRe global network.

As an intern, you will contribute to the day-to-day Operations activities and gain exposure to the end-to-end insurance process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Ops team in the administration of domestic and global businesses

• Assist with policy issuance, documentation review, and Client post bound management activities.

• Support the coordination of the SwissRe international network for Global Clients

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

• Support ad hoc projects, reports, and analyses activities.

About the Team

You will join the SwissRe Corporate Solution Operations team in Milan, working closely with both Italian branch functions as well as international functions of SwissRe Corporate Solutions. The Operations team plays a critical role in to ensure a high level of service for our Clients and brokers.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to commercial insurance, develop analytical and organizational skills, and build a professional network within a global organization and learn about corporate insurance processes with a 360° perspective.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Recently graduated or currently completing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.

• Curious about the insurance and financial services industry.

• Eager to work in an international environment.

• Willing to challenge the status quo, proactive in proposing new ideas to improve current processes

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities.

• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
