Client Solutions Manager (m/f/x)

About the Role


In this pan-European driven, client facing role you will be responsible for the activity launches of partners and to optimize business models, solutions and post launch activities for existing partners, in order to achieve desired business targets. As Client Solutions Manager you own business activities in various European markets. You contribute to the full range of activities around innovative customer offerings, from partner negotiations and onboarding to specific growth hacking activities. You will drive partner onboardings and run. You are accountable for the client along the life cycle and make sure activities are aligned to partner strategies. In this role you remain responsible as respective client owner. You will work closely together with the Market Distribution Managers and Global Partner Managers for partner expansions across countries and market specific activities. You are part of interdisciplinary teams working together along the value chain and across Europe.


About the Team

Our aim is to drive the digitalization of the P&C insurance business in Europe, combining insurance know-how and e-commerce competencies, as well as the dynamic spirit of a start-up with the backing of Swiss Re.


You will be part of iptiQ EMEA P&C's distribution team which is responsible for the acquisition, onboarding and growth hacking of new partners, as well as for the partner relationship and strategy. The team has pan-European responsibility to scale business for our current focus markets Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy and Spain.

About You


  • University degree or equivalent
  • Several years of relevant work experience in the P&C retail space (Product Management, Proposition Development, Client Management or Consulting)
  • Several years of experience in project management and in execution of comprehensive deliverables across the insurance value chain
  • Good understanding of P&C retail insurance markets, products and distribution in Italy and/or other EU markets
  • Creative and have many ideas on how to improve the current go-to-market approach with existing partners and enhancing the customer experience through simplified and transparent propositions
  • Hands-on and independent working style embracing cross-functional teams and partnering with distribution partners from different industries and backgrounds
  • Technology minded with a clear view on how technology can be used to improve performance with partners and overall customer satisfaction
  • Entrepreneurial and able to demonstrate commercial acumen when partnering with partners and driving product innovation
  • Clear and effective communication with internal and external business leaders within English and German; fluency in other EU languages is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (~20%)
