Customer Enablement Lead (Customer Success / SaaS / Platform / Cloud) (m/f/x)
About the Role
As Customer Enablement Lead, you will build and drive the global onboarding and post-sales enablement for users on the RDS Platform for Corporates (formerly known as ‘Risk Data & Services’). You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and scaling structured programs that accelerate customer time-to-value, deepen product adoption, and foster long-term engagement.
This role requires a client-centric mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities. You will work closely with your Customer Success colleagues as well as Sales and Product teams to ensure an impactful customer journey. You will be instrumental in shaping how our customers experience and derive value from our platform, with a focus on corporate clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the global customer onboarding and enablement programs.

Design scalable frameworks and customer journeys tailored to diverse personas and use cases.

Lead the development and lifecycle management of enablement assets, including advanced user documentation, training programs, and self-service initiatives that support continuous learning and platform mastery.

Drive operational excellence in onboarding, workflows and KPIs.

Facilitate key customer engagement initiatives, such as client briefings, peer-exchange forums, and product deep-dives, to strengthen relationships.

Establish and monitor performance metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously refine onboarding and enablement programs, while staying ahead of industry trends and evolving customer expectations.

About You
You have an affinity for business risk-related topics and a passion for technology, innovation, and customer-centricity. You bring a proven track record of leading customer success / enablement initiatives in complex, global environments and are comfortable navigating across several dimensions.
Must haves:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Extensive experience designing and scaling onboarding and enablement programs for SaaS / Cloud / Platform-based solutions, ideally in enterprise settings.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management capabilities, with a history of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across regions and functions.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership of strategic initiatives, and consistently deliver measurable impact.

Dynamic, curious and eager to learn, with a proactive mindset and a drive to continuously improve our service quality, customer experiences, and internal processes.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments, while maintaining a high standard of service and execution.

Business proficiency in English. Any other European language in addition is a plus.

For Germany, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 99,000 and EUR 165,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
