About the role

  • Contribute to the underwriting analysis of Directors and Officers (D&O) deals by researching financial information, corporate governance, strategy, and corporate and legal news.
  • Support with the various internal IT tools to ensure the proper handling of data in our information systems and the proper organization of our files.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of the D&O portfolio so that the information on the various files is up to date and complete.
  • Perform research on D&O market in France in order to identify potential targets and opportunities.
  • Participate in the preparation of quotes for international programs.
  • Contribute to the development and writing of D&O marketing and product presentations.
  • Support with the drafting and issuance of insurance contracts, endorsements and other contractual documents.
  • Contribute to good relations with the broker network.


About you

  • Master studies in a business, insurance, finance, or economics school.
  • Good knowledge of financial and business analysis, drafting of insurance contracts and documents.
  • Strong knowledge of business software (Excel, Words, Power Point).
  • Good level of oral and written English.
  • Relationship skills, customer oriented, self-directed, intellectually curious,  and well organized.
  • Analysais and synthesis skills.
  • Communication skills both orally and writing.
