About the Programme

 

We are looking for graduates with strong interpersonal skills, who are eager to learn, broaden their knowledge and expertise and want to make a difference. You have a Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree with less than 3 years of professional experience – we invite you to apply to our Graduate Programme which officially starts on 1 September 2025.

 

The programme offers you the chance to join the dynamic, fast-moving world of a leading risk knowledge organisation. Over an 18-month period, you will receive on- and off-the-job training, including a job rotation that gives you the opportunity to work across different lines of business and departments.

 

About the Role

 

As a graduate in our team, you’ll be at the core of our business, collaborating daily with different teams across the company to drive value for our customers and partners. We believe in hands-on learning, so you'll spend your time gaining real-world experience alongside talented, seasoned professionals. With the guidance of mentors, you'll navigate exciting challenges and grow through meaningful work.

 

In the sales department, you’ll be actively involved in supporting major clients and brokers, working closely with managers to ensure smooth operations. Your role will also extend to cross-functional initiatives both in France and with our head office in Zurich.

 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Review marketing and sales presentations
  • Manage internal and external digital communication (social media, intranet)
  • Conduct market research for brokers and clients
  • Assist with planning and follow-up on sales initiatives
  • Provide pipeline support to managers

 

About the Team

 

Corso, part of the Swiss Re Group, specializes in providing direct insurance solutions to large corporates and the upper middle market. Our Paris office drives the group's strategy for French companies and their global subsidiaries. We offer tailored solutions across property, general liability, financial lines, and construction, including alternative risk transfer options and innovative digital tools like climate risk monitoring and program management platforms.

  • Are fluent in English and French, with strong proficiency in MS Office applications
