About the Role


We offer a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to join our Swiss Re Paris Human Resource team! This role will allow you to support a high performing HR France Team, to learn HR best practice and evolve your HR skills.


Specific responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:


HR Partnering:


  • You support the implementation and execution of the local people strategy for the 3 Business Units in France,

  • You support the execution of standard labour relations issues including restructuring, grievances, disciplinary, exits, under-performance and other key labour relations processes;

  • You help implement new HR services and solutions for the business;

  • You drive Diversity and Inclusion interventions among other Group/Regional projects

  • You support / implement wellness initiatives


HR Key Operations:


  • Payroll reviewer in collaboration with HR Advisor, with the support an external payroll partner

  • Employment changes

  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of local policies, processes, internal repository

  • Back up for the management of HR tickets for the location


You also provide general advisory services which will include:


  • Salaries and Compensation

  • Support on recruitment (alternants ; interns ; graduates)

  • Trainings (formation continue), personal growth

  • Continuous Performance management

  • Enabling an agile, commercial and learning culture

  • Talent acquisition, Onboarding, Retention

  • Building effective change plans and implementing initiatives


This is a temporary position for 3-6 months.


About the team


You will work closely with the local HR France team and the Global HR Solutions centre based in Bratislava.


About You


  • Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or similar

  • 4-5 years' work experience

  • Problem solving ability

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Strong customer focus with good interpersonal and communication skill

  • Critical thinking and willingness to learn

  • Attention to detail and analytical acumen
