This is a key role that requires attention to detail, ability to triage and assign claims for timely processing and the ability to manage multiple priorities. About the Role
- Ensure accurate and timely claim setup and write acknowledgment letters to insureds and brokers.
- Assign new claims to adjusters as appropriate.
- Analysis of documents to determine when financial adjustments are required.
- Dedication to customer service, often tailoring service for unique customer needs.
- Acquire regulatory documents as required.
- Properly identify and handle claim documents.
- Extensive communication and collaboration across other functions and teams.
- Process financials when applicable.
- Provide support and assistance to transactional offshore team.
- Participate in training of new team members as needed.
