About the Role

• Manage the team e-mail inbox in Outlook
• Triage and assign incoming payments in SAP
• Review document, triage and assign processes in Operation's system (Claims and Technical Accounting)
• Perform Claim duties within established turnaround time
• Prepare reports to support Operations on the main KPIs
• Contact clients regarding open balances (sending email to clients)
• Manage pending endorsements
• Maintain all clients bank accounts updated
• Ensure the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadlines
• Contact clients regarding payment details and taxes
• Manage external client relationships for the accounts under responsibility
• Utilize root cause analysis and review pain points in order to resolve issues and improve processes: escalate to the global teams the issues found (these teams can be in Mexico, USA, Slovakia or India)
• Participate and contribute to projects
• Support the requirements of internal clients: Underwriters, Business Services, Claims Management and Finance

About you

• Intellectual horsepower, curious and innovative (highly analytical; can connect the dots);
• Knowledge in Power BI, Excel (desirable);
• Advanced Excel (desirable);
• Effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills;
• Able to work in a virtual/remote international/global/multicultural team environment.
• Advanced English. Desirable Spanish;
