About the Role:

 

You will be operationally responsible for quotations and policy issuance for SME Surety (Seguro Garantia), acting as a key support and focal point for brokers and the underwriting team. Your role will be essential in ensuring operational efficiency, process compliance, and high-quality customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the underwriting team in the day-to-day operational and administrative activities;
  • Analyze and validate documentation received, ensuring adherence to established criteria;
  • Provide service and support to brokers, ensuring agile, clear, and high-quality communication;
  • Perform ongoing follow-ups on demands, ensuring deadlines and SLA;
  • Manage operational processes and internal controls, ensuring governance and compliance;
  • Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to business efficiency and team development;
  • Participate in requirement definition and testing activities, supporting the development and evolution of systems and operational solutions.

We are looking for a professional who wants to grow in a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment, with direct interaction across different business areas.

 

Essential:

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry, customer service, preferably in operations and/or underwriting.
  • General knowledge and/or exposure to to Surety insurance, either in operations or underwriting.

 

Technical Skills:

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook (Power BI and Power Automate are considered a plus);
  • General knowledge of insurance;
  • Experience working with brokers and/or insurers;
  • Knowledge or experience with workflows and operational processes;
  • Customer service experience, ensuring quality and responsiveness;
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance Management, or Actuarial Sciences.
