Business Services Fac Intern
We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and result oriented individual to add to the Facultative LatAm Business Services team within Reinsurance in São Paulo.
About the Role
In this role, you will help the team providing support to Swiss Re's Fac Business Services Team, covering the P&C Business Portfolio of Latin America markets. Your key responsibilities are:
- Provides Business Services with all relevant support within Facultative Team for all non-client facing activities, including day to day administration
- Systems deal entry
- Support with contract signatures and endorsements
- Correspondence records management and general business support processes associated within Business Services Team.
- Provides Business Services with presentations, running reports as needed.
About the Team
The Business Services team is a service focused team that process Facultative submissions for the P&C Latin American team and provides a first point of contact for our client's administrative needs
About You
We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, detailed driven, curious, accountable and team player. Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relations in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments are also essential.
Must Have:
- Attending College of Business Administration, Economics, Actuary, Mathematics, or related fields. Graduation expected in 2027.
- Advanced knowledge of English. Preferable intermediate knowledge of Spanish. You will work on a regional team (Latin America).
- Excellent organizer, flexible and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel
- Ability to cope with changes in tasks and priorities
- Reliable and self-reliant task manager
- Re/insurance knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
