Casualty Intern

You will be working with one of the most exciting insurance product of the industry. About the Role

Support the Casualty Underwriting team through the development of technology-driven solutions, enhancement of controls, and strengthening of data-driven decision-making, including the use of AI and automation tools.
 
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor portfolio performance (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or similar tools).
- Assist in the design and enhancement of underwriting controls and operational processes.
-  Support the automation of routines and data workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the exploration, implementation, and adoption of AI tools and AI agents to optimize processes, analyses, and reporting.
- Support system testing, tool validation, and data quality assurance activities related to the Casualty business area.
 
About the Team
 
Casualty Underwriting: The team responsible for assessing, structuring, and underwriting liability risks for corporate clients. The team focuses on portfolio profitability, sustainable growth, and underwriting discipline, leveraging data and technology to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
 
About You
 
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in 2027 or 2028.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Interest in data analysis, dashboard development, and process automation.
- Knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI.
- Familiarity with, or interest in, AI tools, automation, or AI agents is considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams and functions.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week in a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
-English proficiency is required.
