About the Role

As part of the Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES) team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our São Paulo office while contributing to regional initiatives across Latin America.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Support office operations and workplace services, helping create a productive and engaging work environment.
  • Assist with supplier management, procurement activities, and purchasing processes.
  • Support invoice processing and administrative controls.
  • Manage service requests and coordinate follow-up actions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and office projects.
  • Assist in facilities maintenance tracking and operational reporting.
  • Contribute to regional reports and collaborate with colleagues across Latin America.
  • Gain exposure to workplace strategy, vendor management, budget control, and corporate services best practices.

About You

We're looking for a curious, proactive, and collaborative student who is eager to learn and grow in a corporate environment.

You bring:

  • Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (2nd year)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. AI Interest is very welcome.
  • Intermediate English skills (mandatory).
  • Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Interest in workplace operations, facilities management, and corporate services.
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Availability to work primarily on-site at our São Paulo office.
