Finance InfoTech Brazil Intern (Hybrid)

About the Role:

 

In this role, you will help the team providing support to the Finance Application users.

Your key responsibilities are:

 

  • Provide customer support for any inquiries received related to Brazil Finance Applications

  • Send those inquiries to the vendor and/or discuss those internally, follow up until issue it is solved.

  • Provide support to the day by day activities for the team, including applying change management requests, fix errors in the environment, perform tests

  • Up-to-date technical knowledge to support End-User Computing services

  • Searching and analyzing relevant information to make sound decisions and tackle incidents in a timely manner would be useful

  • Perform data analysis to support the incidents.

 

 

About the Team:

 

Our team consists of seniors analysts located in São Paulo to run end to end tasks for local Finance applications including monthly closing support, infrastructure support for those applications, gathering, analysis, design, testing and rollout of new or enhanced functionalities in Finance applications, besides of support on SUSEP delivery requirements. We also have many interactions with group Finance IT and group IT functions located in US and Europe in day by day activities.

 

 

About You: 

 

We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, detailed driven, curious, accountable and team player. Interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relations in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.

 

Must Have: 

  • Attending College of any Information Technology related course. Graduation expected in 2025 or 2026.

  • Advanced knowledge of English.

  • Excellent organizer, flexible and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

 

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and / or scripting (SQL/DB2) or data analytics skills.

  • Any digital workplace collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint) and ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft 365)

  • Access management and Azure DevOps
