We are looking for a dedicated and numerically inclined team player to be a vital part of our People team based in São Paulo, Brazil.

 

About the Role

 

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in various HR projects, focusing on People Analytics, internal communication initiatives, and the optimization of our internship program. You will collaborate not only with our HR team but also engage with managers from the LatAm region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and maintaining databases, dashboards, and reports for Recruitment, Team Management, and People processes.

- Enhance the Internship Program to provide structured development plans for interns.

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for new interns.

- Contribute to internal communication campaigns.

- Participate in HR team projects, offering insights and support as required.

- Manage and process payments for the HR department.

About You

 

We are seeking a proactive team player who can drive data-informed decision-making within HR operations.

 

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management or related field, with an expected graduation in the 1st or 2nd semester of 2026.

- Available for a 30-hour per week internship.

- Proficient in English.

- Strong skills in Excel, PowerBI, and other data analysis tools.

- Excellent teamwork, organizational, and attention to detail skills.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in Human Resources processes.
