P&C Facultative Intern
Are you a proactive, motivated, and results-oriented student looking to gain hands-on experience in the reinsurance industry? Join our P&C Facultative team in São Paulo and contribute to Swiss Re’s dynamic Property & Casualty operations across Latin America.
About the Role:
- Monitoring of accuracy/timeliness of data entry in the workflow system (WIRE).
- Assists the team with underwriting and back-office related tasks (LMS, pipeline, endorsements, triage and screening of business offers).
- Participates of project development activities/dynamics with other interns.
- Support to internal stakeholders and follow up on specific project's tasks.
- Document processes to facilitate the day-to-day operation.
About the Team:
The Property Fac team is responsible for the handling (top and bottom line) of the Property Facultative book of business originating from brokers and insurance companies, based in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
About You:
- Studying Administration, Economy, Engineering, International Relations and Affairs, or related; Graduation expected in 2027 or after.
- No previous experience is required;
- Good communication skills;
- Good sense of organization;
- Language: intermediary English and basic Spanish
- Skills: advanced knowledge of EXCEL, analytical profile, dynamic, interpersonal skills, team player.
