About the Team

This is a great opportunity to join the Latin America P&C Solutions team. Solutions is part of the strategy of the reinsurance BU and our aim is to create added value and help our insurance clients grow.  Delivery goes right across the value chain from clients' needs analysis through products marketing to business management. We are a relatively new team that work closely with other business functions and we are looking for additional support to enable the solutions offering to our clients in the region. 

 

About the Role

Our team needs to support the client facing team to execute on the P&C Solutions strategy. Therefore, your main responsibilities will include: 

  • work closely with the P&C Solutions team and other business functions to enable the origination and execution of solutions offering in the region.
  • support marketing activities to promote our Solutions suite, such as creation of new content and update existing materials.
  • help organizing workshop and other solutions' activities to create awareness on solutions strategy and execution internally and externally.
  • support on the steering of portfolio evolution, update and generate financial reports.
  • any additional administrative support in the team's daily activities, such as managing legal documents repository.

 

About You

  • Excellent oral and written English skills;
  • Intermediate Spanish;
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Creative approach to presenting insights with compelling visuals;
  • Strong interest in/motivation to learn about insurance/reinsurance. Previous knowledge in insurance/reinsurance is a plus;
  • Studying the 4th to 7th semester (2nd and 4th years)
  • Education: Administration, Economy, Law, Marketing, Engineering, Actuary, International Relations and affairs
  • Skills: Adaptability, proactive, communicative, organization, attention to details, curious, accountable and team player.
