About the Role:

 

As part of the Business Services team, the intern will support the broker, team and the commercial, credit and subscription areas in various activities, such as:

  • Provide support in administrative activities.
  • Perform update of documentation of processes of the area.
  • Support the team in activities relevant to registration of borrowers and issuance.
  • Provide support in document retrieval for audits.
  • Interact and collaborate with key stakeholders and experts across the company.
  • Support the insurance broker.
  • Monitor and develop knowledge in the insurance sector focused on Surety Insurance, such as judicial and contractual guarantees.

 

 

About the team:

 

The Business Services team consists of 1 Team Lead and 5 analysts. The analysts work in teams with the commercial, credit and underwriting areas, supporting the broker in the insurance quotation and underwriting, responsible for risk assessment, in order to ensure timely issuance and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements and acting in the development and continuous improvement of the processes of the area through the participation and conduct of small to medium-sized projects.

 

About you:

 

  • Attending Higher Education in Administration, Accounting or Insurance and Social Security.
  • Desirable advanced knowledge in Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Problem solving skills with good analytical skills.
  • Proactive and assertive verbal and written communication.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Agility and proactivity.
  • Systemic and process-oriented vision.
