About the Role:

  • Ensure accurate and timely claim setup and write acknowledgment letters to insureds and brokers
  • Assign new claims to adjusters as appropriate
  • Analyze documents to determine when financial adjustments are required.
  • We provide a dedication to customer service, often tailoring service for unique customer needs
  • Acquire regulatory documents as required
  • Provide support and assistance to external providers
  • Properly identify and handle claim documents
  • Extensive communication /coordination with other disciplines
  • Oversight of outside adjuster assignments and payments
  • Process financials and handle bordereau analysis and reconciliation when applicable

 

About the Team:

Area responsible to support Claims Team, on core value tasks, promoting enhancements, process reviews, design and redesign, being innovative and disruptive, looking into opportunities for innovative solutions always with the customer at the center.

 

About You:

  • Studying Business Administration - Graduation between 12/2023 and 12/2024
  • Strong collaboration skills with an emphasis on teamwork
  • Desirable customer services skills with a focus on the client
  • Ability to handle multiple activities, meet deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Interest in continuous improvements and have an agile mindset
  • Verbal & written communication skills
  • Power BI Knowledge is a differential
