About the Role:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll be the crucial link that supports our Latin America Life and Health business portfolio from origination to execution. You'll coordinate with multiple functions including Sales, Underwriting, Contracts, Actuarial, and Finance, ensuring smooth operations across our complex reinsurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic support to Latin America L&H Client Managers for non-client facing activities, including pipeline and KPI reporting and analysis

Manage the complete deal lifecycle from Quote to Treaty, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into Life and Health processing systems

Represent Sales Operations in meetings where business and technical processes are discussed, following up on outstanding items

Lead User Acceptance Testing as the Latin American representative, working closely with system development teams

Ensure compliance with external & internal audit requirements by following L&H guideline processes and organizational Governance and Risk Management

Contribute to process improvements and participate in L&H training and projects.

The Sales Operations Latin America team for Life & Health is a multinational, dynamic, and engaged global group that coordinates the end-to-end process for the Latin America Life and Health business portfolio. Our team works across multiple functions of the business, serving as the crucial connection point between Sales, Underwriting, Contracts, Actuarial, Valuation, Pricing, Claims, Finance, Business Administration, and IT. We're committed to driving productivity, process efficiency, and accuracy throughout the business lifecycle.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;

Re/insurance knowledge and experience in the industry (Life & Health specific knowledge is a plus)

Strong technical skills including proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Teams, and Outlook

Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish

Proven analytical thinking abilities with strong reading comprehension skills

Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and addressing challenges from their perspective

Excellent organizational skills with ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

Self-motivated with ability to execute both independently and in a team environment
