Senior Risk Analyst - Inspections and Underwriting
We are looking for someone to support Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Brasil to act as a strategic liaison between service providers, technical inspectors, and the underwriting property team. The position will support the team with KPI's, support with projects such as new reports and process updates, working in cooperation with local management team and relevant business units.
About the Role:
Key tasks:
• Monitor and coordinate schedules for technical site visits, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Review and validate technical reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Develop and automate tools and workflows to improve efficiency in inspection scheduling, report management, and data sharing.
• Assist in preparing reports and technical presentations to support underwriting decisions.
• Manage and negotiate with inspectors, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
About the Team:
Property Empresarial team is located in São Paulo and comprises the responsibilities of underwriting and digital product management. The position will be to compose the Property Empresarial Digital team, becoming part of a group that works together for the constant development of knowledge, enabling a leadership position in market solutions.
About You:
You've got strong interpersonal skills and communicate well; new ideas excite you and you're keen explore new experiences and possibilities.
Essentials:
- Technical or bachelor’s degree in fields such as Engineering, Risk Management, or related areas.
- Experience in the insurance or technical inspection industry, with at least 2 years with visits in loco.
- General knowledge of Brazilian insurance Market.
Nice to have:
- Good fluence in English.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of risk management systems or technical reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with claims regulation processes, including the review and adjustment of claims related to technical inspections.
