About the Team

 

The CEO Office Latam Team supports the regional CEO and the executive team, enables the CEO to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fulfilling the executive mandate for the region. It is a strategic role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role.  The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical and financial skills. This position reports directly to the LatAm CEO Office Manager and interacts frequently with executive teams as well as relevant functional teams.

 

About You

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Students of Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas.
  • Expecting to graduate between 2025 or 2026.
  • Strong analytical skill to review business performance, financial KPI's, market data, progress on key initiatives.
  • Support content preparation producing high quality technical analysis, presentations, summaries, etc.
  • Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills with an ability to develop effective working relations in a fast-paced environment.

 

Must Have:

 

  • Proficiency knowledge of MS Tools
  • Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory. Spanish is highly desirable
  • Independent thinking, thirst for knowledge, business curiosity.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid job model.

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python & PowerBI is a plus).
  • Knowledge in the insurance industry.
