Treaty Latin American Business Services - Intern

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and result oriented Intern to add to the Treaty LatAm Business Services team within Reinsurance in São Paulo!

 

About the Role

 

In this role, you will help the team providing support to Swiss Re's P&C Business Services Team, covering the Property & Casualty Business Portfolio of Latin America markets.

 

Your key responsibilities are:

•         Provides Business Services with all relevant support within TTY P&C for all activities including day to day administration of client management tasks, contracts and correspondence records management and general business support processes associated within Business Services.

•         Provides Business Services with presentations, running reports as needed.

 

 

About the Team

 

The Business Services team is a service focused team that process Treaty submissions for the P&C Latin American team and provides a first point of contact for our client's administrative needs.

 

About You

 

We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, detailed driven, curious, accountable and team player. Interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relations in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.

 

Must Have: 

  • Attending College of Business Administration, Economics, Actuary, International Relations, or related fields. Graduation expected in 2026 or 2027.
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Excellent organizer, flexible and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish. You will work on a regional team (Latin America).
