About the Team

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions China is now looking to build business with personal insurance products sold under the brands of existing and new distribution partners. Execution of this strategy is via a B2B2C model across a variety of primary platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing the system business requirements from business owners of Operations, identify the priority according to business and operation strategy,  transfer requirements to Tech team and closely monitor the implementation. 
 

About the Role

  • Operational system requirements collection and analysis, including Policy Admin, Billing Collection & Payment, Claims, Contact Center, VAS, Complaint Handling, Ops Excellence, etc.
  • Requirements planning based on business priority and follow up the delivery progress to ensure requirements go-live in time.
  • Communicate with business owners about business rules & flows and author business requirement documents
  • Communicate with Tech team about the business requirement to ensure requirements transferred clearly and completely 
  • Review Business Specification Documents written by Tech Business Analyst.
  • Assist business owners to run user acceptance test to ensure system function consistent with business requirements.
  • Overall management of requirements, process, budget, delivery plan for key tech project as Project Manager.

•    You are influencing and can communicate your ideas to all key stakeholders clearly


Education
•    College degree or higher in technology, business, or lean management etc.

Languages
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese Mandarin is a prerequisite, and
•    Fluency in English is a must

Professional experience
•    8 years of relevant experience in insurance industry as the business analyst, IT project manager
•    Have communication ability to help business users identify system requirements and transfer requirements to tech & vendor team clearly.
•    Familiarity with the business rules/flow of Policy Admin, Endorsement, Claim, Billing Collection & Payment, etc.
•    Good at project/requirement management.

•    Outstanding interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
