About the Role
The Corporate Solutions International Program Operations team seeks an Underwriting Analyst to manage Captive and Complex Accounts. You will oversee the end-to-end process according to International Program Guidelines and ensure efficient administrative activities for global programs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the focal point for technical matters on International insurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulations;
- Build strong relationships with clients and brokers, acting as the main contact for service matters;
- Collaborate with Customer and Distribution Managers, and Underwriters to support new business acquisitions;
- Prepare processing instructions for the International Program Service Unit, Credit Control, Reinsurance, and local offices to ensure prompt premium debiting and policy issuance; and
- Work with key stakeholders and other departments to resolve accounting and processing issues.
About the Team
You will join a dedicated Operations team that excels in providing exceptional service and innovative solutions for multinational clients. We leverage our extensive experience, cutting-edge expertise, and state-of-the-art technology to create new opportunities and solutions for our clients.
About You
- Expert knowledge and experience in servicing International Programs;
- Previous insurance experience (minimum 3-5 years) required, ideally with some exposure to Multinational Insurance;
- Ability to manage a portfolio autonomously;
- Technical referral point for International Business;
- Ability to accurately analyse data following established procedures;
- Solutions and results-oriented with multitasking abilities; and
- Strong service and client orientation.
