About the Role
- Cultivate strong relationships with intermediaries and key accounts to generate business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, leading client interactions and meetings.
- Assess the insurability of new and renewing submissions, with a focus on strategic decision-making.
- Work on deal teams to structure and finalize transactions that align with business goals.
- Oversee natural catastrophe risk management, ensuring alignment with group guidelines and expert insights.

About You
You bring strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of common IT applications. As an open-minded innovator, you’re always looking for ways to drive progress. Success in this role means being self-organized, effectively managing your tasks, and confidently interacting with people at various levels across different locations.
Essential:
• A university degree, with a background in Science or Engineering considered a plus.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese, both written and spoken, and fluency in English.
Nice to have:
• 3+ years of experience in the engineering/plant industries or (re)insurance industries, ideally with Renewable Energy, Engineering, or Property experience.
• Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage.
